    Ingredients:

    • 1 ripe avocado
    • salt
    • 1 lemon (the juice part of it)
    • 1 oz. goat cheese
    • 2 oz. smoked salmon

    Directions:

    1. Cut the avocado and remove the seed.
    2. Mix the remaining ingredients until they fuse well.
    3. Place the cream inside the avocado.
