Ingredients:
• 8 eggs
• 5 oz. bacon, sliced optimal
• optional: tomatoes, parsley
Directions:
1. Cook bacon until crispy and then put it aside. Use the same pan for the eggs. Heat over a bit of medium heat and crack the eggs.
2. Cook them to your liking; repeat the same with the tomatoes and parsley if you are using them. Season them for your taste.
3. Tip: If you prefer it this way, you can fry the bacon and the eggs together to merge the flavors a bit better.
