Ingredients:

• ¼ cup chopped chives
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to medium (300-400°F) Grease your baking sheet with coconut oil.
2. Mix the eggs with pepper and salt in a box until it becomes frothy, and then add the bell peppers and chopped chives.
3. Transfer mixture into the pan. Bake it for 12-15 minutes. Remove it, let it cool, and then cut it into squares.
