    Coconut Porridge

    Ingredients:

    • 1 egg
    • 1 tablespoon of coconut flour
    • 1pinch ground psyllium, husk powder
    • salt
    • 1 oz. butter oil/coconut oil
    • 4 tbsp. coconut cream

    Directions:

    1. Put all ingredients to a saucepan. Mix them well and place over a low heat. Stir constantly until the desired texture.
    2. Serve the mixture with coconut milk or cream. You can top it with some berries.
