Ingredients:
• 8 eggs
• 8 oz. fresh spinach
• 5 oz. diced bacon
• 5 oz. shredded cheese
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 tablespoons . butter
• salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Cook bacon until crispy. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Set them aside.
2. Mix cream and eggs, then pour it into the baking dish. Add the cheese, spinach, and bacon on top, and place in the oven. Bake until golden brown for 25-30 minutes.
