Ingredients:
• ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
• Ounces Pork Belly, Cooked
• 3 Bacon Slices, Cut in Half
• 1 Tablespoon Horseradish, Fresh & Grated
• 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
• 6 Lettuce Leaves for Serving
• Sea Salt & Black Pepper to Taste
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325, and then cook your bacon for a half hour. Allow it to cool, and then crumble your bacon. Place it in a dish.
2. Shred your pork belly, placing it in a bowl. Add in your mayonnaise, horseradish, and mustard. Mix and season it.
3. Divide this mixture into six mounds, and then roll it in your crumbled bacon.
4. Serve on lettuce leaves.
