Ingredients:
• ½ Onion, Peeled & Chopped
• ½ Cup Porcini Mushrooms, Dried
• 1 Tablespoon Ghee
• ¼ Cup Butter, Unsalted
• 6 Ounces Cream Cheese, Full Fat
• 1 Clove Garlic, Chopped Fine
• 2 Cups Spinach
• Sea Salt & Black Pepper to Taste
• ¼ Cup Hard Goat Cheese, Grated
Directions:
1. Throw your butter and cream cheese in a food processor until blended well. Get a pan out and cook your garlic and onion using your ghee over medium heat. It should take three minutes, and then add in your spinach and mushrooms, cooking for another three minutes. Set it to the side so it cools.
2. Mix your butter and cream cheese with the spinach mixture, seasoning with salt and pepper. Refrigerate it for a half hour, and make it into five hours. Roll it into your goat cheese before serving.
