    Ham and Cheese Bombs

    Preparation Time: 20 minutes
    Cooking Time: 45 minutes
    Servings: 6

    Ingredients:

    • ¼ Cup Butter, Unsalted
    • ¼ Cup Cheddar Cheese, Grated
    • 12 Ounces Cream Cheese, Full Fat
    • 2 Tablespoons Basil, Fresh & Chopped
    • 6 Slices Parma Ham
    • 6 Green Olives, Large & Pitted
    • Black Pepper to Taste

    Directions:

    1. Use a food processor to blend your butter and cream cheese together.
    2. Add your basil and cheddar cheese, mixing well season with black pepper, and then place it in the fridge for a half hour.
    3. Make six balls from your mixture, and then roll each one in Parma ham, topping with an olive to serve.
    4. You’ll need a toothpick to hold the olive in place.
