Ingredients:
• 12 slices bacon, 6 cuts in half
• 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped into bits
• 1 Tbsp. butter
• ½ cup pecans
• ½ cup macadamia nuts
• ¼ tsp. granulated garlic
• 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Put half-strip bacon in an X shape in the bottom of 6 cups. Put 1 full slice bacon along with the inside of the cup vertically.
2. Put cookie sheet under the cups and bake until slightly browned and crisp. Meanwhile, melt butter. Mix in nuts, garlic, and pepper and cook 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
3. Once cooled, coarsely chop nut mixture and combine with bacon bits. Divide nut mixture between cups and serve.
