Ingredients
• 1 ½ cup Old Fashioned oats
• 3 tablespoons dark cocoa
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 cup pitted soft dates
• 3 tablespoons almond butter
• 3 tablespoons dark pure maple syrup
• 3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
• 3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
Direction:
1. Crush the oatmeal. Transfer in bowl. Mix cocoa, cinnamon and salt.
2. Crush dates then add almond butter and maple syrup to make a thick paste.
3. Mold the dough to the silicone to begin to resemble crushed cookie dough, about 2 minutes. Continue the work on the dough. Mix nuts and chocolate chips.
4. Knead well. Form into 14 balls. Refrigerate the refrigerator to adjust the chocolate.
