Ingredients
• 12 ounces of cauliflower rice
• Cheesecloth
• 1 large egg
• 1 tbsp. of ranch salad dressing mix (dry)
• 1/8 tsp. of cayenne pepper
• 1 cup of parmesan cheese (shredded)
Directions:
1. Add the cauliflower rice in a large bowl. Microwave for four minutes covered. Transfer the cauliflower rice to a strainer lined with cheesecloth. Squeeze out excess moisture. Preheat oven at two hundred degrees Celsius. Use parchment paper for lining a baking tray.
2. Combine egg, cauliflower rice, ranch mix, and pepper in a bowl. Add the cheese. Mix well. Take two tbsps. Of the mixture and add them to the baking tray. Flatten with your hands. The thinner you can make the mixture; the crispier will be the crackers.
3. Bake for ten minutes. Flip the crackers. Bake for ten minutes. Serve warm.
