Peanut Butter Granola

Ingredients

• 2 cups Almonds
• 2 cups Pecans
• 1 cup of shredded coconut
• ¼ cup Sunflower seeds
• ¼ cup Water
• ¼ cup Butter
• 1/3 cup Sweetener
• 1/3 cup Vanilla protein powder
• 1/3 cup Peanut butter

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven at one hundred and fifty degrees Celsius. Use parchment paper for lining a large baking tray. Add pecans and almonds in a blender. Process for two minutes.
2. Combine processed mixture with sweetener, coconut, vanilla protein powder, and sunflower seeds. Melt butter along with peanut butter in a bowl. Add melted butter mixture over the mixture of nuts. Mix well. Spread the nut mixture on the baking tray evenly. Bake for thirty minutes.
