Grilled Turkey Burger

Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground turkey breasts
• 1/2 cup almond flour
• 1 large egg
• 1/4 cup yellow onion
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley
• 1 clove minced garlic
• 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. In a bowl, mix turkey, egg, almond flour, parsley, garlic and onions. Season it, and then mix them all well. Evenly shape the mixture into four identical patties. Use extra virgin olive oil with brush on both sides.
2. Add some oil to a non-stick grilling pan on medium-high heat. Now, place the patties you made on the grill and cook for about five to six minutes. Turn the patties and cook for another five to six minutes. Finally, wrap the patties in a lettuce and eat away!
