Ingredients:
• ¾ c sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
• ¼ c parmesan cheese, finely shredded
• ¼ t chili powder
• ¼ t ground cumin
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
3. In a bowl, toss all ingredients together until well mixed.
4. Make 12 piles of cheese parchment paper.
5. Press down the cheese into a thin layer of cheese.
6. Bake for 5 minutes until cheese if bubby.
7. Allow to cool on parchment paper.
8. When completely cool, peel the paper away from the crisps.
9. These are a good Keto substitute for chips. They are cheesy and crisp. Enjoy!
