Ingredients:

• ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
• 2 organic eggs, beaten
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 1 tablespoon chives, minced
• ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 cup cauliflower
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Grease a waffle iron and heat it.
3. Cook the mixture by batch until golden brown.
4. Serve.
