Ingredients:
• 1½ ounce dried bacon
• 2 ounces spinach, fresh
• 1½ ounce shredded cheese
• ½ tablespoon butter
• ¼ cup heavy whipped cream
• 2 eggs
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Grease and preheat oven at 360 degrees. Heat butter in a skillet and add bacon. Cook until crispy and add spinach. Stir thoroughly and keep aside. Mix eggs and cream. Then transfer it to the baking dish.
2. Add bacon spinach mixture to the baking dish and transfer to the oven. Bake for about 30 minutes and remove from the oven to serve.
