Ingredients:
• 1 large pear, cored and peeled
• 3 large eggs
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• ¼ cup coconut flour
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon nutmeg
• ¼ teaspoon cloves
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• ¼ teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Line and preheat oven to 350°F. In a food processor, pulse the apple until pureed. Mix eggs, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Blend until well combined.
2. Mix salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and coconut flour. Mix until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired.
3. Bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool on a wire rack. Cut into 6 squares.
