Ingredients:

• Batter
• 2 oz. cream cheese (full fat)
• 2 eggs
• Topping
• ½ cup mixed berries
• 2 tsp. heavy whipping cream

Direction:

1. Melt cream cheese in a microwave.
2. Stir in 2 eggs to cream cheese (one at a time) and mix well. Use a hand blender or a whisk.
3. Add any spices to the mixture (optional).
4. Warm up a skillet, oil it slightly and make your crepes.
