Ingredients:
• 1 Small green pepper
• 2 Jalapenos
• 1 Small onion
• 4 Eggs
• 6 Bacon slices
Directions:
1. Chop the bacon into chunks using a food processor. Set aside for now. Cut onions and peppers into thin strips. Dice the jalapenos as small as possible.
2. Heat a skillet and fry the veggies. Once browned, combine the fixings and cook until crispy. Place on a serving dish with the eggs.
