Grilled Peppered Steaks

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons coarsely ground pepper
• 1 teaspoon onion salt
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• 4 boneless beef top loin steaks

Direction:

1. Mix the pepper, onion salt, garlic salt, and, if desired, paprika. Rub onto both steaks.
2. Grill, sealed, over moderate heat until meat reaches ideal doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read One35°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°) 10 minutes on each side.
