Easy One-Pan Ground Beef and Green Beans

Ingredients

• 10 ounces (80/20) ground beef
• 9 ounces green beans
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
• 3½ ounces butter

Direction

1. Wash the green beans, then trim the ends off each side.
2. Put half of the butter to a pan over high heat.
3. Once hot, put the ground beef and season. Cook the beef until it’s almost done.
4. Decrease heat on the pan to medium. Add the remaining butter and the green beans to the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Stir the ground beef and green beans occasionally.
5. Season the green beans. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
