French Omelet

Ingredients :

• 2 large eggs
• 4 large egg whites
• ¼ cup fat-free milk
• ¼ cup cubed ham, cooked
• ¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• 1/8 tsp. pepper
• 1 tbsp. onion, chopped
• 1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped

Directions:

1. Whisk together the eggs and egg whites until blended.
2. Add the salt, pepper, and milk, mixing them together until fully blended.
3. Using medium heat, coat your skillet with cooking spray and pour the egg mixture in when the surface is hot and ready.
4. As it cooks, push it around the edges so the uncooked portion flows around until there are no runny liquid on top.
5. When it is already around ¾ cooked, put all the remaining ingredients on top and continue cooking until done.
