Ingredients :

• 1 tbsp butter
• 2 eggs medium
• 2 tbsp full fat cream
• choice of herbs or spices
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Grab a bowl and whisk the eggs and cream together. Add your choice of herbs and spices, depending on personal preferences.
2. Melt the butter in a frying pan using low to medium heat.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
4. Cook and swirl to create a thin layer of egg burrito.
5. Gently lift the egg burrito from the frying pan. Put the fillings you want inside and roll it up. Enjoy!
