Total time: 45 minutes
Ingredients :
• 15 chicken breast tenderloins
• 2 tablespoons garlic powder
• 1 cup of chopped carrots
• 1 cup of chopped celery
• 1 tablespoon butter
• Salt
• Black pepper
Directions
1. Unfreeze chicken breast tenderloins
2. Place in put with 1 ½ cups of water.
3. Put it a teaspoon of salt
4. Put in ½ teaspoon of black pepper
5. Put in 1 tablespoon of garlic
6. Let the chicken boil for 20-25 minutes till soft and almost ready
7. Put in chopped carrots and chopped celery
8. Put in another tablespoon of garlic
9. Put in butter and cover for 5 to 10 minutes
10. You can freeze till needed and simply reheat when you need it.
