Total time: 25 minutes
Ingredients :
• ½ cup zucchini, spiral them into noodles about 6-inches each
• ¼ cup organic broccoli florets
• 1 bunch baby book choy, stem chopped
• 2 tbsp. avocado oil
• 2 tsp. coconut amines
• 1 small know of ginger, peeled, and cut
• 8 oz. skirt steak, thinly sliced into strips
Directions:
1. Heat the pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Sear the steak on it on high heat. This should only take around 2 minutes per side.
2. Reduce the heat to medium and put in the broccoli, ginger, ghee, and coconut amines. Cook for a minute, stirring as often as possible.
3. Add in the book choy and cook for another minute
4. Finally, put the zucchini into the mix and cook. Note that zucchini noodles cook quickly so you would want to pay close attention to this.
