Ingredients:
• 1 egg
• 1 lb. chicken breast tenders
• 1 tbsp. heavy whipping cream
• 6 oz. buffalo sauce
• 1 cup almond flour
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Marinate the chicken tenders with salt and pepper. Crack the egg into a small bowl and beat it with heavy cream. Mix the almond flour with salt and pepper in a zip-top bag or mixing bowl.
2. Dip the marinated tender in the egg and then in the almond flour. Repeat the process with all tenders. You can also coat the tenders by shaking them in a Ziploc bag filled with almond flour. Ensure the tenders are well coated with almond flour.
3. Use the fork to place tenders on a baking sheet greased with oil. Place the sheet in the oven and allow to bake for 30 minutes or until the crust browns. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Add buffalo sauce and tenders in a Tupperware container and shake gently for proper coating. Transfer to the serving plate and enjoy the delicious chicken tenders.
