Ingredients
• ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1½ teaspoons lemon juice
• ½ teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
• 4 (6-ounce) grass-fed chicken breast halves
Directions:
1. Blend vinegar, oil, lemon juice, and seasoning. Coat chicken breasts with the mixture. Marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat and grease the grill to medium heat. Place the chicken breasts onto the grill and cover.
3. Cook for 7 minutes. Serve.
