Taco Casserole

Ingredients:

• 2 lbs. Ground beef
• 2 tbsp. Taco seasoning
• 8 oz. cheddar cheese
• 1 cup Salsa
• 16 oz. Cottage cheese

Directions:

1. Heat the oven to 400° Fahrenheit.
2. Combine the taco seasoning and ground meat in a casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
3. Combine the salsa and both kinds of cheese. Set aside.
4. Drain away the cooking juices from the meat.
5. Mash the meat into small pieces.
6. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven for 20.
