Ingredients
• 1 cup all-natural creamy peanut butter
• 1 cup coconut oil
• 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
• a pinch of coarse sea salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 tsp. liquid stevia (optional)
Preparation
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, soften the peanut butter and coconut oil together. (About 1 minute on med-low heat.)
2. Combine the softened peanut butter and coconut oil with the remaining ingredients into a blender or food processor.
3. Blend until thoroughly combined.
4. Pour into a 9X4” loaf pan that has been lined with parchment paper.
5. Refrigerate until set. About 2 hours.
