Ingredients
• 1 cup parmesan cheese
• 4 Tbsp. coconut flour
• 1-2 tsp. rosemary, oregano or any herbs of choice, dried or fresh (optional)
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a small bowl, mix the coconut flour and grated parmesan cheese. Try to find finely grated parmesan in the deli section of your supermarket, or even better, grate your own!
2. You can add any herbs you like. Oregano and rosemary work wonderfully.
3. Scoop a teaspoon of the cheese mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving a small gap between each. Place in the oven and cook for 10–15 minutes or until golden brown, but be careful not to burn.
4. Remove from the oven and let the crisps cool down before you remove them from the baking tray.
5. Enjoy!
