Ingredients:
• ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
• Ounces Pork Belly, Cooked
• 3 Bacon Slices, Cut in Half
• 1 Tablespoon Horseradish, Fresh & Grated
• 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
• 6 Lettuce Leaves for Serving
• Sea Salt & Black Pepper to Taste
Directions:
• Preheat your oven to 325, and then cook your bacon for a half hour. Allow it to cool, and then crumble your bacon. Place it in a dish.
• Shred your pork belly, placing it in a bowl. Add in your mayonnaise, horseradish, and mustard. Mix and season it.
• Divide this mixture into six mounds, and then roll it in your crumbled bacon.
• Serve on lettuce leaves.
