• 2 tbsp / 30ml fresh lime juice
• 2 tsp / 8g stevia powder (or other sweetener, to taste)
• 2 tbsp / 30g cumin seeds
• 1 tsp / 2g curry powder
• 4-6 whole cloves
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Place a steam basket into the pot above the liquid. Add the cauliflower florets to the basket, secure the lid, and pressure cook on high for 5 minutes.5. When done, perform another quick release.
