Ingredients:
4 carrots, cubed
4 cups pumpkin or squash, cubed
2 cups cabbage, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tbsp. low carb low sodium gravy mix
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in your Instant Pot.
Set to Stew and cook for 35 minutes.
Release the pressure quickly.
