Broccoli Cheddar Stew

(Total Time: 30 MIN| Serves: 4)

Ingredients:

2 cups chopped broccoli

2 cups broth

1 cup shredded cheddar

1/2 cup single cream

1 sliced onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp. cream cheese

salt and pepper

Directions:

Put the butter in the base of your Instant Pot.
Soften the onion 5 minutes.
Add the garlic one minute.
Add the cream cheese and stir until it melts.
Add the broth and broccoli.
Add the cream and stir.
Seal and cook on Stew for 10 minutes.
Release the pressure slowly and top with cheddar.
