Spanish Beef Stew

Ingredients:
½ lb. chuck roast diced
6oz minced chorizo
1 carrot chopped
1 onion chopped
1 celery stalk chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
½ cup mushrooms chopped
½ cup red wine
½ cup beef broth
1 tbsp. olive oil
Italian herbs
salt and pepper
Directions:
Heat the oil in your Instant Pot and brown the meat on all sides.
Add the onion and soften 5 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Seal and cook on Stew 35 minutes.
