Beef Stewed in Satay Sauce
(Total Time: 30 MIN| Serves: 4)
Ingredients:
1lb cubed stewing beef
3 chopped carrots
3 chopped onions
7oz peanut butter
6oz coconut cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. grated ginger
1 tbsp. chili paste
1 tbsp. cumin
salt and pepper
Directions:
Heat your Instant Pot up with the peanut butter and coconut. Stir until melted.
Add the remaining spices and keep stirring.
Turn down to low. Add all other ingredients.
Cook for 20 minutes on Stew.
