    Chicken Chowder

    (Total Time: 40 MIN| Serves: 8)

    Ingredients:

    1lb chicken meat, lean, cubed

    1lb bacon, fried and crumbled up

    2 cups chicken stock

    1 cup heavy cream

    1 minced onion

    1 sliced leek

    2 stalks celery, diced

    4 tbsp. butter

    1tsp garlic powder

    1tsp onion powder

    1tsp thyme

    salt and pepper

    Directions:

    Put 2 tbsp. of butter in your Instant Pot and warm.
    Add the onion, leek, celery. Soften 5 minutes.
    Add the spices.
    Brown the chicken all over.
    Mix everything together in your Instant Pot.
    Seal and cook on Stew for 25 minutes.
