    Ingredients:

    2.5 cups white asparagus, trimmed and chopped

    2 cups chicken broth

    1.5 cups diced lean ham

    1 cup whole milk

    2 tbsp. goat’s cheese

    herbes de provence

    salt and pepper to taste

    Directions:

    Mix everything in your Instant Pot.
    Seal and cook on Stew 25 minutes.
    Release the pressure naturally.
    If you like, blend into a soup.
