    Clam Chowder

    (Total Time: 15 MIN| Serves: 8)

    Ingredients:

    16 rashers Bacon (diced)

    1 cup Onion (diced)

    1 cup Celery Stalks (diced)

    2 cans Fancy Whole Baby Clams

    2 cups Chicken Broth

    2 cups Heavy Cream

    1 tsp Thyme

    1 tsp Salt

    1 tsp Ground Black Pepper

    Directions:

    Set the Instant Pot to “Saute” and add to it bacon. Cook until crispy, some 6-7 minutes.
    Add the onion and celery and saute until soft some 2-3 minutes, while occasionally stirring.
    Add all the rest of ingredients and stir to combine.
    Place and lock the lid and manually set the cooking time to 5 minutes at high pressure.
    When done quick release the pressure.
    Serve warm.
