    Apple Onion Sauce

    (Total Time: 60 MIN| Serves: 8)

    Ingredients:

    2 medium-sized apples, chopped

    1 large onion, finely chopped

    ¼ cup apple cider vinegar

    2 tbsp. butter

    1 cup chicken broth

    Spices:

    ¼ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped

    ½ tsp salt

    ¼ tsp stevia powder

    Directions:

    Plug in your instant pot and press the ‘Saute’ button. Melt butter and add apples and onions. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Pour in apple cider vinegar and season with salt and stevia. Give it a good stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Finally, add chicken broth and chopped cilantro. Seal the lid and set the steam release handle.
    Press the ‘Manual’ button and set the timer for 35 minutes.
    When you hear the cooker’s end signal, release the pressure naturally and open the lid.
    Transfer the sauce to a food processor and process until smooth.
