Ingredients:
1 large onion, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp almond flour
1 cup water or chicken stock
Spices:
1 tsp stevia powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp salt
Directions:
Plug in the instant pot and press the ‘’Saute’’ button. Heat up the olive oil and add onions. Sprinkle with salt and stevia and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until translucent.
Now add almond flour and give it a good stir. Continue to cook for one more minute and then add cayenne pepper. Pour in water or chicken stock and sprinkle with apple cider vinegar.
Bring it to a boil and press the ‘’Cancel’’ button. Chill for a while and store until use.
