Smoky Tuna Pickle Boats
Here’s a recipe for when you need a packable lunch.
Ingredients
● 6 large whole dill pickles (about 4½ – 5 ounces each)
● (1) 6 oz can of smoked tuna
● (2) 6 oz cans of albacore tuna (total, 12 ounces)
● ¼ tsp garlic powder
● ½ tsp onion powder
● ⅓ cup sugar-free mayonnaise
● ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
● Except for the pickles, mix all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
● Cut the pickles lengthwise into halves.
● Gently scoop out the seeds.
● Spoon the tuna salad mixture into the pickle halves.
● Chill before serving.
