    Buttered Cod

    A simple finale.

    Ingredients

    ●    1 ½ lbs cod

    ●    6 tbsp unsalted butter

    ●    Freshly squeezed lemon juice

    For the Seasoning-

    ●    ¼ tsp garlic powder

    ●    ¾ tsp paprika

    ●    ½ tsp salt

    ●    ¼ tsp ground pepper

    ●    parsley or cilantro

    Instructions

    ●    Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.

    ●    As desired, cut the cod into smaller pieces.

    ●    Season cod pieces with the mix.

    ●    Melt 4 tbsp butter in a large skillet on medium heat.

    ●    Add the cod and cook for 2 minutes.

    ●    Flip the cod pieces, top with the leftover butter, and continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes.

    ●    Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and serve.
