Baracoa Chuck

Ingredients:
2 pounds Chuck Roast
½ cup Water
1 Onion, sliced
Juice of 2 Lemons
8 ounces canned Green Chilies, chopped
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 tbsp. Cumin
1 tbsp. Oregano
½ tsp Pepper
Directions:
- Combine everything in your Instant Pot.
- Close and lock the lid and set it to MANUAL.
- Cook on HIGH for 60 minutes.
- Press CANCEL and release the pressure quickly.
- Shred the meat with 2 forks inside the pot.
- Set it to SAUTE and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
