    This 3-ingredient recipe makes for a great snack. Chewy, nutty and nutritious

    Ingredients

    1.5 Cups Assorted Nuts
    1 Cup Pitted Dates
    1 Cup Dried Fruits like Raisins etc

    Method

    Roast the nuts in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Let them cool before you proceed further. In a food processor, add all the ingredient and pulse on high for 2-3 minutes. All the ingredients should have mixed well and formed dough like shape. Take a cake tin and put wax paper or plastic wrap in it. Add the mixture and press down. Let it chill in the fridge overnight or for a couple of hours. Remove the chilled dough, and cut into squares or bars.
