2 oz. mixed greens
3 tbsp. roasted pine nuts
2 tbsp. raspberry vinaigrette
2 tbsp. parmesan, shaved
2 slices bacon
Salt and pepper
Directions
- Cook the bacon in a pan until crunchy and well browned. Break up into pieces, and add to the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
- Dress the salad with the raspberry vinaigrette.
