A delicious low-carb soup that will kill your hunger dead and keep out the cold.
Serves 6
Ingredients
30 oz. pork sausage
1 tbsp. olive oil
10 oz. raw spinach
1 medium green bell pepper
1 can tomatoes with jalapeños
4 cups beef stock
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin garlic powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Directions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over a medium heat until hot and cook the sausage. Stir.
- Chop the green pepper and add to the pot. Stir well. Season with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes and jalapeños. Stir.
- Add the spinach on top and cover the pot. When it is wilted, incorporate spices and broth and combine.
- Cover the pot again and let cook for about 30 minutes (heat medium-low). When it is done, remove the lid and let the soup simmer for around 10 minutes.
