A low-carb option that can be served either hot or cold and big enough to feed the whole family!

Serves 12

Ingredients

8 oz. package of cream cheese (at room temperature)

¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated

2 eggs

1 tsp. garlic powder

½ lb. ground beef

1 chorizo sausage

½ tsp. cumin

¼ tsp. basil

½ tsp. Italian seasoning

¼ tsp. turmeric

Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs, pepper and garlic with a hand blender.
  2. Grease a baking pan with butter. Spread the dough mixture evenly inside. Cook for 12-15 minutes on the oven at 375°F.
  3. Cook the meat in a frying pan and add the spices: cumin, basil, Italian seasoning and turmeric.
  4. Once the pizza crust is done, let it cool for 10 minutes, and then cover with tomato sauce and some cheese. Bake for 10 minutes more, and when the cheese starts to melt, add the meat. Broil for 5 minutes more. When it is done, let it cool and slice it up.
