It’s easy to make, and even easier to eat – be careful or you’ll develop a peanut butter addiction!

Ingredients
For the Crust:
1 cup almond flour
¼ melted cup butter
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. erythritol
Salt
For the Fudge:
¼ cup heavy cream
¼ cup melted butter
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup erythritol
½ tsp. vanilla extract
⅛ tsp. xanthan gum
For the Topping:
⅓ cup chopped vegan dark chocolate
Directions
1. Combine the almond flour, erythritol, cinnamon and salt with half of the melted butter.
2. Pack the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
3. Blend the fudge ingredients together.
4. Spread the mix over the crust and add the chopped chocolate on top.
5. Place in the fridge and freeze for 1-2 hours.
