Berry and Chia Pudding

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup coconut milk or heavy whipping cream
½ cup water or almond milk
¼ tsp. cinnamon
10 drops Stevia extract
¼ cup berries, fresh or frozen
Preparation: Mix the chia seeds, coconut milk, water, cinnamon and stevia. If you prefer a smoother texture, place into a blender and pulse until smooth. Mix in the fresh or frozen berries and enjoy

Serving Suggestion: The almond milk will offer a thicker smoothie texture while the water will make it more like a breakfast drink.
